Exercising the day after a boozing evening out?

So I met my friend after 5 months and went out for drinking last evening. I was managed to choose not so bad food option (naan and chicken breast tandoori) but I drank quite a lot of wine and several cocktails. It was a fun evening. But this morning woke up with headache and remained lethargic on bed since morning.

I have fbabs (hiit+core) scheduled for this evening. Don't know if I should push myself to do it or take the day off.

How do you manage to exercise after a drinking night? Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks.
