FB and Yoga

I've been "sidetracked" yet again with my health....so, rather than do no working out at all, I've been doing Adriene's 30 day Yoga Challenge. Completed day 2 today. I must say it's a little tougher than it looks and not quite what I expected, but I'm loving every minute! And next week, when I go back to Fitness Blender's Abs2 program (I'll be starting week 2 on Monday) I plan to continue the Yoga Challenge til the 30 days are done.
