DAY 15 Sugar Detox: Halfway mark!

✒️Today is officially the half-point of our challenge! It has been a long day, so I’m just popping in to wish you well as we enter Week 3️⃣.

How has your weekend been? Personally, I procrastinated on writing my personal statement for grad school — I keep putting off doing a longform draft as I tend to linger in the brainstorming/note taking phase. Writing is nerve-racking sometimes! Especially when the stakes are high! I have definitely felt the longing for comfort food pretty strongly, but that is a rabbit hole I cannot pursue 😂
