HIIT workout

I'm so happy! Today I was able to complete the HIIT workout for people who get bored easily. I had never done such a long HIIT workout and I was afraid that I would give up, but I didn't! So, I completed this workout and I also added a short abs workout. I'm proud of myself because I really did my best to achieve this goal !
