Not eating enough?

Hey guys,

I am not sure, if I am eating enough or not, how do I know?

I try to follow an intuitive approach to eating, because I have extreme troubles with counting calories ( tried it in the past, got obsessed with the numbers, did not end well).

For over a week now it's been close to 40 °C (104°F) and it's just too hot to eat anything.

So on some days, I am perfectly fine with eating to servings of a spinach lasagna and some fruit,or just some cereal in the morning and in the evening salad/pasta/whatever. I don't feel hungry, but I am concerned that it's only because of the heat or because I am drinking lots and lots of water (3 liters usually).

How do I know I've been eating enough without counting calories?

I don't want to force myself to eat when I am not hungry, because I am just starting to get over the habit of eating when I am bored, but I also do not want to eat less than my body needs and risk starving unintentionally.
