Did you all have a good weekend?
Other than being kinda warm here, it wasn't too bad! Got some stuff done, and now I'm 100% ready to handle the week ahead (oh, who am I kidding lol).
So are you guys excited for the 1000 Calorie Workout Party?! We're in the final count-down (or maybe you're gonna start it earlier than this weekend--if so, let us know how it goes for you!). I tentatively have it planned for this Friday, but I might end up doing it on Saturday instead. Depends on how much stuff I have going on on Friday. What about you guys? When do you plan on getting your 1000 Calorie #WorkoutCompleteForK&D? (And if you can't join in on a 1000 Calorie workout, no worries! Just join in with your regularly scheduled workouts and we'll all get a #WorkoutCompleteForK&D together!)

Haven't done this one in awhile, so I'm excited for it!
And for dinner today? I'm thinking some kind of teryaki salmon with some green beans from my garden (I got a whole bunch to use still). I think I will make them like this recipe:
And some brown rice too.
