DAY 13 Sugar Detox: Finally finished Flex+Booty! // Daydreaming about cake 😭

HAPPY SATURDAY! πŸŽ‰

The only program I’ve finished (out of the three I own) is FB Mass, which took me a couple tries to make it through. I have started Flex and Booty2 several times and have never finished. I always ended up falling off the wagon. This time, I started with two weeks of consistent working out β€” putting together my own schedule. I then segued into these programs committed to finishing! Annnnd, I did!

*July 2-Aug 4* πŸŽ‰ A LOT of changes have taken place in my body that are both related to my detox and training. But, I would say I owe a lifted bum (though still incredibly imperfect), baby quad definition, baby ab definition, baby delt, and baby bicep definition to these programs.

Which programs have y’all finished? Have you ever had to start over?

PS: I have had an intense desire for cake. Out of all the desserts in all the world, cake is my favorite!! I loooove frosting. My favorite cake is: plain white or red velvet cake if from a bakery, and funfetti cake if homemade. 😍 I haven’t given in, but I have literally been daydreaming about cake πŸ˜‚πŸ°
