How Do I Lose Weight?

I am only 5' 1" and I weigh 122 pounds. I really want to lose 20 pounds because I feel very pudgy right now around my arms, belly, and thighs. What is a good exercise to do every day and a good meal plan or diet to follow in order to drop these pounds? I am aiming to do this in approximately 2 to 3 weeks?
