Kickboxing + lowerbody workout

Yesterday I did this kickboxing workout, and upper back is sore today. 😂 And today lowerbody workout and I sweat like I was doing cardio. 😂💦 I did wear my ancle weights and use 7 kg per hand but deadlifts 5 kg per hand. So I think my lowerbody will be sore tomorrow. And I start FbBlend on monday! 😊
