Slacker Rest Days!

I biked to and from work this week and I did strength for monday and tuesday (i'm not biking today), and did no strength on wednesday or thursday.... my glutes and quads are sooooo sore... so I am taking the weekend off to eat terrible food and do nothing hahaha. I say this now but come sunday I'm sure I'll be doing a workout cause I'll have pent up energy bursting to come out hahaha.

I hope all you Canadians this weekend have an amazing long weekend! Sorry to those Canadians that are left out of the holiday :P
