Leg Pain Improvement

For awhile now, I've had tight calves and would be in pain when I walked long distances. Sometimes the pain would be so bad that I would be in tears by the time my walk ended. I've been working out consistently with FB gor about 2 months now but I've worked out with FB on and off for a year. Well, working out consistently has paid off! Today I took my same usual walk, about 25 mins long and felt minor to no leg pain in my calves. And I used to feel pain about 5 mins in! I'm really happy because I felt crappy before about not even being able to walk long distances without feeling tightness in my calves. I hope FB workouts continue to help me grow in other ways as well as continuing to relieve the pain in my calves.
