Rotator cuff injury

Hi all :)

I think both of my shoulders (!) due to bad postures working out and other job issues are suffering of this rotator cuff injury. This is specially bad in my left one. I stopped exercising for a few days, but you know how is this, you just want to come back! I did a low impact workout of Saturday and I had to stop a pilates one in Sunday due to the pain, also in my knees (issue under control). Does anyone know how to aliviate the pain, previous visit to the doctor? I'm moving home, so full rest is not possible. :(
