Getting past the block...

Hi FB Family!

I am just coming back to FB after about 6 months out - I have been focusing predominantly on my eating as I tended to eat my progress away. I have still done a video here and there but i am getting back on a strict programme now. I'm excited but also a bit scared!

I have been stuck at 69.4kg for a while now, which is the lowest I've ever experienced a plateau, so trying to see the victory in it. Any advice on pushing through a plateau, food or exercise wise would be greatly appreciated!
