Hiya, hope your all having a lovely Saturday!

Completed Day 2 of Burn Round 2, added weight to most of the Body Weight workout & tried my best to move simultaneously in the Alternating Rep Workout :). Hope you all enjoyed your workout or rest day.

We went BlackBerry picking yesterday & made blackberry & apple crumble with home-made custard. I tried a peice of this, but am working on not feeling guilty, & will get back on track tomorrow.

I am cutting down on dairy as aim to become Vegan, I'm already vegetarian, 1st time in a while I've added dairy.
