Custom Workout - Boxing reptitions

Hey all!

Today I got in a short but effective workout. I didn't go for a specific time but rather by reps. Basic boxing worout but by no means easy.

x100 jabs

x100 double jabs

x100 straights

x100 left hooks

x100 right hooks

x100 left hooks to the head

x100 right hooks to the head.

Workouts like this are boxing staples and really drill the basics while also improving punching speed and power. With only 30 seconds rest between each set you don't need a long time to be wiped out either.
