Daily Check-in

Hiya, hope your all having a wonderful day!

I took a week off to focus on yoga & stretching after completing FB Abs Round 2 & FB Burn Round 2. Am going to try and add this in more often :)

Started Burn Round 2 again today. Went for an early walk with my son, then did Fat Burning Hiit Cardio & Quick Sweat Butt & Thigh Workout after breakfast.

Breakfast was 2 tbsp hummus, roast cauliflower & asparagus & w/m pitta with 1/4 avocado.

Carrot & tbsp peanut butter as a snack after workout.

We went to my mums for lunch & had roast cauliflower & tbsp hummus & a salad with bulgar wheat, butter beans, broccoli, mint & lemon.

Apple & melon as an afternoon snack.

Banana over-night oats for dinner with 2 tsp cacao, 2tsp chia, 1/2 cup soya yoghurt, cinnamon & tbsp peanut butter on the side.

2 lemon green teas in the evening & a carrot with 1/4 avocado & tsp chia.

Lots of water & a few black coffees during the day.
