WORKOUT COMPLETE! Bodyweight HIIT. :-) #Fb30round3

I survived it, so happy about that. Lol. I was a little sluggish this afternoon during the workout, but even low impact modifications at times didn’t prevent me from sweating! Push ups were probably one of the easiest for me in this workout. Hopefully that means my upper body is getting stronger. :-) I hope strength training is back on the schedule for tomorrow. It’s my favorite type of workout, but I know that aerobics is an area that I want to continue improving in - more so than strength training because I have been making a lot of progress in that area.
