Website and Technology Glitches - and Reporting

I hope everyone is having a fantastic Friday...and start to the weekend!

I have a quick thank you and a request.

The thank you is for all of you (most recently Callie, just a few minutes ago...thank you, Callie!) for pointing out when you have problems on the website or with our technology, in general, on our various social media platforms, including YouTube.

By letting us know, we can (try to) quickly resolve any issues that may come up, which makes for a better experience for everyone - the entire #FBFamily! So, we really, really do appreciate the time you take to report any problems you all have.

To help us figure out what may be going on - and what the "fix" may be, if possible, we'd love to have the following information:

1. What browser you're using (e.g. Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, etc.)

2. What Operating System (and Device) you're using (e.g. Windows 7 on a laptop PC, or Android on a smartphone, etc.).

3. The link (or a screenshot) of the page where you experienced a problem.
