Need some advise please

Hello FB family.. I’m I a week and a half into FB sweat. Together with the excersice I have really tried hard to stick to a healthy eating plan, I would say 80% most of the time.. and drinking at least 3 liters of water a day... but it actually feels as if I’ve put on weight, I am bloated and feel “heavy”. Is this normal? I know I’m only a week and a half into it, but thought I would be feeling better and maybe notice some changes? I’m really feeling disheartened..
