Large portion can be healthy

It's 36 degrees (97 degrees fahrenheit), O am exhausted but too hungry. I needed some large portion of healthy carbs and protein which wouldn't be heavy on my stomach in such weather.

Organic brown rice, orange lentils (also organic) and 1 scrambled egg in loads of veggies. Took just 30 minutes to prepare all these. I ate double the portion in the pic! Feeling so satisfied! 😋 #eatrealfood
