Excercises improvements?

Hi, everyone!

Just curious... Doing which excercises are you conscious about your body's improvements?

For example, when I started with FB 2 and something years ago, I remember that I could barely complete 10 seconds of russian twists, and now I can complete the rounds without having to stop to take a breath.

While doing burpees, I would do maybe 2 or 3 and take a break to do another 2 or 3, and now I just keep going until the group is complete.

I am just curious because while I was working out today I was doing butt kickers (and I literally kick my ass with those), and I realized that when I started I could barely touch my butt with my feet!

It feels so good to notice all the changes!
