Smoothie bowl

After seeing Dotti’s super pretty smoothie bowl from the other day, I wanted to make one again, too!

For the smoothie I did red cabbage, beets, a berry mix, and banana. Then (as you can tell) I did all sorts of toppings! Kiwi, banana, strawberries, blueberries, oat flakes, chia, ground flax seeds, pistachios, and some crumbled up energy bites I made. Definitely not a very clean, uniform, professional looking presentation, but oh well. I like all sorts of stuff, and couldn’t stop adding things! Haha! I think it’s nice and colorful, and it tasted great; so I guess that’s more important, right? 😉 I do wish y’all could see more of the smoothie though, because it was so vibrant! 😊
