Update break between workouts

Hello blenders!

So last week I decided to do a break in my workout program because I was SO tired all the time and thought I needed a break

So I did the three day flexibility challenge and 2 other yoga type workouts and even though I did not sleep longer than 7 hours each night this past week, I was really impressed of the energy I had ! I think I could have repeat the hiit part haha

It was a much needed break and I would recommend it to everyone even though I know how it makes you feel when you skip a workout! But everyone needs a break :)
