Daily Check-in: Tuesday, July 24th

Hello Blenders!

How are you all doing today? Sore from your workouts yesterday? Or maybe looking forward to starting a new program after yesterday's sale?

So yesterday, I ended up swapping my original kickboxing/upper body workout for just upper body strength. (This video:

I just didn't have the energy for kickboxing, so this strength video was perfect for what I needed.

Today's #WorkoutCompleteForK&D is gonna be this lower body workout:

Which is possibly my most favorite lower body workout. I'm excited to get it done today!

Another option is to post them on the forum as well (along with recipes of course! lol). If you're posting them here, you will have to start a new topic every time in order to include a picture. Just attach your photo, add your recipe, title it "FB Pizza Party" and you'll be set! We might overwhelm the forum with pizza for a day, but that's ok; one day won't hurt! lol

I also have another husband update lol. He got his workout done yesterday, and was wearing this older-than-dirt t-shirt that was threadbare, and probably not even a shirt anymore. So he goes to change out of it, and it rips in half. No joke. His response?

"It's because I workout now."

I guess he thinks he's The Hulk or something now😆

Now we gotta talk about the food! We just have to! haha. Last night I ended up making some homemade oatmeal bread, and we had chicken soup to go with it! It actually wasn't too hot for soup yesterday lol. I don't know what we'll do tonight, but I'm thinking we'll go simple with eggs and veggies.
