Late start, but at least I started :)

Today's workout accounted for, because with french toast for breakfast and 1 piece of pizza for lunch you know I need to get a workout done today. Do I beat myself up for eating those foods, no way. I try and keep a balance and definitely don't eat these foods often but also try and keep my inner foodie happy. Diet's don't work for me but what does help are portion control, less sweets and healthier choices. With that I hope everyone is enjoying this happy Monday!
