Hypothyroidism

Hi all,

I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism this year. Even on medication my weight will not budge. I eat a Mediterranean Diet and my one splurge is tasty craft beers which I limit to weekends only. I work out 4 to 5 days a week following FB programs. Anyone out there struggling with hypothyroidism have any nutritional tips for weight loss? Or does anyone else just want to commiserate with me? My coworker is on the keto diet and I am watching her fat melt away before my eyes. Not sure I want to go that direction though.

P.S. Love you Daniel and Kelly! Your workouts are so much better then going to the gym.
