I made a bunch of quinoa-veggie patties today. Quinoa, zucchini, carrots, eggs, breadcrumbs, onions, garlic, parsley and some spices according to my choice. I oven baked them with little oil. Healthy, less than 100 calories/patty. Only bad ingredients is that breadcrumbs, so over caloric they are! Anyone knows any healthier alternatives of breadcrumbs?
For dinner I had two patties with some spinach and broccoli. Yummy and filling! 😋 #eatrealfood
