At this rate I'll never plateau, LOL !!

My dosage change of thyroid meds have been playing havoc with my workout schedule for weeks now. So yesterday I made up my mind to do my best to work through it and put together a lower body w/o I figured I could handle, thinking I could do the entire lineup, or only half, and still be happy.
