Smoothie bowl

Happy Monday! My fave thing about Monday is obvs new weekly breakfasts and lunches. I decided to give the whole smoothie bowl thing a go and I was pretty happy with how it turned out. For this one I blended 150g fat free natural yoghurt (I just like that one but could use full fat), one banana, 1/2 cup frozen raspberries, a teaspoon of maple syrup and a tablespoon of peanut butter. It’s topped with fresh blueberries, mixed nuts, coconut and chia seeds.

Have some scepticism about whether it will be filling enough to become a regular breakfast. Seems like it should be - if I put all of the ingredients separately in a bowl I might feel differently but something about blending them affects my perception. It was really yummy though!
