Breakfast and a wonderful(ly painful) day at the park!

My mom made whole wheat challah this weekend! It isn't as soft and moist as the regular white wheat, but she also didn't use certain techniques that should be done with whole wheat alterations - but I still like it! So earthy, still sweet, and nutritious! Especially tasty with almond butter, honey, and some Portuguese cheese 😊

So today my dad and I rode our bikes in the park, something we have not done in ages! It was great except we went for about an hour and a half and I can already see myself skipping classes tomorrow from not being able to get out of bed 😂

I still hope to go at least once a week to build my endurance, but I definitely thing my FB workouts helped me develop the leg strength to go uphill most of the time!

So yup, I'm still keeping on with my FBmass with some slight modifications and some other side stuff!

Have you guys taken up anything you maybe haven't done in forever? Or did you try something new this weekend?
