Are these snacks okay?

Hi,

So I'm trying to tone up by doing weights (mixed with other workouts).

I was told that I need to make sure i'm eating enough to start with to do this.

So today I went and bought some 'healthy' snacks, with one including a granola bar. However I was shocked when I got home to find one bar includes 200+ calories.

Is this sort of thing ok to eat, or should I be eating snacks with less calories?
