Healthy Life Challenge: Mobility

The next challenge in our Healthy Life series will be to practice mobility exercises. It will last a week, starting Monday 23 July.

Since we have plenty of stretching videos available here on the site, I'll try to gather some different ideas, with new exercises for each day.

I hope many of you will be able to join in, and perhaps find something helpful to add to your workout routine! If anyone wants to share their own mobility tips and techniques, please feel free, and if you try the ones I will post, let us know what you think.
