This workout is very satisfying in many ways: 1) you get a thorough heart pumping hiit challenge in under 30 mins, 2) you work hard (mostly your lungs!), but don’t get excruciatingly sore in your lower body as it is often the case with hiit; therefore you can really give your 100 percent all throughout; 3) for some reason, this workout leaves you spent, yet energized... and yes, such a thing IS possible!! 4) since it is a challenge of sorts, it is extremely satisfying to be able to say: « yes! I CAN hiit like a girl! And not just any girl... the one and only Kelli! ». If I haven’t convinced you to do it yet... just give it a try! You will feel sooo good after!
