I love FB workouts at home, but my work schedule is changing and I won’t be able to work out before work easily. I’ll also have a gap of time from when I get off work and when I can get my daughter from daycare. Because of that, I’m thinkinf about joining a gym.
Any tips about how to best manage fitness blender workouts at a gym? I really like following them via video so I don’t have to time or count myself. 😂
