Before period dip in energy levels

Hey FBFamily! So to all the girls out there (and guys experiencing this too!) I feeling really sluggish and tired about a week prior to period! I try and motivate myself to do a FB workout but feel that it is not my whole heart in it aka not lasting the last 4 to 5 seconds for each exercise 😒

So anyone have any suggestions nutritional wise or even any suggestions about how to keep her lit would be very welcomed!
