My #WorkoutCompleteForK&D today is going be another PFT. I did one at the start of Strong, and now I want to do another to compare. I was hoping to get it done this morning, but I guess everything else had other plans! lol. I will hopefully have results later today.

Oh, and I made those stuffed zucchini last night. And they were so good! I was really happy with how they turned out. They're also vegan, so that's kind of cool. Here's the recipe again if you're interested:

I also added paprika in addition to other spices. So good!
As for today? I think it's going to be a Greek oregano chicken and brown rice with veggies. Just going to wing it.
