Peanut tofu Buddha bowls and chia, date and cashew muesli bars

I also made homemade muesli bars this week for work snacks. I didn’t have enough honey so I used about half water instead and they are definitely still sweet enough. It made 24 - I used a bit bigger tin and just pressed it flatter. These are great and I don’t even like muesli bars. Will def make my own again.
