Favorite total body strength workouts?

Hi everyone! I just finished FB Strong and loved it! Because I have rosacea, I’m not supposed to do HIIT or other intense cardio, so strength training is my jam. I especially love total body supersets that also get my heart rate up a bit. Plus I feel like they’re really efficient workouts that I only need to do a few times per week! I would love to hear what your favorite total body strength workouts are. Thanks in advance!
