Hi Daniel and Kelli. I have been following your workout videos for over 3 years now and I love them. I just have a question I was hoping you guys could help me out with. I have been investing more time into strength training and toning and I've realised that my weights at home aren't helping me too much. I have been doing a lot of free weight and proper form but I would like to start challenging myself more and adding more weight. I was looking for sets online and on Amazon however there are so many. I am also a college student so I can't afford anything too expensive. Do you have any recommendations on where to start looking and what to look for?
