Love the new video!


Motivation was a little low today, so I figured I'd better get this done sooner than later. I did the warm up and cool down from the scheduled Tank Top Arms w/o then did the new 16 minute Shoulders, Back, Chest and Arm w/o. Its fast paced and I worked up a good sweat. And I think I found my happy place: the 45 sec mark! 😅
