Good Day Blenders!

Since it's a leg day for me, I'm going to be looking a little like Rambo there later lol.

So, How are you all doing today? Are you working out today, or are you resting?

I'm on my last day of Strong today! Where the heck did 4 weeks go already?? I guess time flies when you're having fun, right? haha

I also want to give a shout out to my hubby who has officially started his second week of the Low Impact program! I'm so proud of him! He seems to be really excited about working out, and he'll send me texts throughout the day "What's my workout for today?". I'll tell him what he has scheduled, and he always responds with a "Awesome! Let's do this!" That just makes me happy to think that he's enjoying it and looking forward to working out. So thanks again Kelli and Daniel for making awesome programs that even my (sometimes) finicky husband can get excited about!

Oh, and his latest "Workout Husband-ism" was I think during a lower body/cardio workout:

"I don't know what we doin', but we bouncin'!" 🤣

So anyway. What's going on for you guys today? Are you excited for your workout?
