Extra credit... Ain’t nobody got strength OR energy for that!

I’m curious how many of you take the extra credit challenge at the end of your workout sessions (offered in programs only). I am so done by the end I literally have no energy left. But, I’m wondering if I built the challenge into my regular workout if I’d have a different perspective. I think I just don’t plan to do the extra credit so I pace myself specifically for the main workout.

Anyway, I modified today’s workout (see list in photo) and was very satisfied. I wanted more single leg work and I wanted to try a combo move of my own (i.e. side lunge to curtsy instead of side squat). I only changed the moves, # of reps stayed the same.
