How are you all doing today? Do you have any fun weekend plans?
We aren't doing anything this weekend, and it's kind of nice! It seems like we've been go-go-go for the past few weeks, so it's really nice to have a weekend at home.
Are you guys working out today, or resting?
My #WorkoutCompleteForK&D is upper body today! I love upper body workouts, so I'm super excited!
I'll give you another update on my husband's Low Impact program too. Yesterday he did kickboxing. And after his Workout Complete, I asked him how it went. He says: "I punched myself in the face.";Aad I'm like "Welcome to the club, baby!"
So Andrew, if you're reading this, I'm still in favor of there being Fitness Blender kickboxing helmets (and maybe mouthguards too) Ha ha
As for dinner today? We're thinking real simple since it's supposed to be majorly hot and humid today. So grilled chicken with zucchini, bell pepper, and tomatoes it is!
