There are literally between 0-2 pounds lost in this before/after. 😱 Lol, depending on the day I’ve either gained two pounds or lost 2 pounds. It’s rathwr strange and has become a bit of a game for me. 😂 I have a looooong way to go before I see my goal results but I honestly am reveling in these small changes. Yes, four weeks. Four weeks for me to undo some damaging and unproductive habits. Four weeks to kick active sugar addiction. Four weeks to build working out into my routine (again). Four weeks to prove to myself I CAN be consistent. I don’t usually post photos of myself, but it’s important to know the scale really isn’t the best source of tracking body recomp. progress (unless you have an advanced technological one - they are amazing). And, chipping away bit by bit does bring results. I have it in my mind that I am going to keep plucking along and one day I’ll wake up and see “whoa! I’ve arrived!” 🎉🙂
