Break between Workouts

Hello Everyone,

I have been working out 5 days a week since middle of November (with a 1 and a half week for vacation in April) but this past couple of weeks I have been feeling really tired, I sleep about 7 hours a week, I know I should at least sleep one hour every day which why I may feel that tired but I have decided to "take a break" by doing next week, flexibiity workouts.

I'll see how it goes for the following week.

I have to listen to my body and I think it'll be benefic to do more "relaxing" workouts than HIIT, strength training and cardio.

(just wanted to let it out of my mind :) have a nice weekend!
