Missing Workout Days

So i’ve decided to restart the FB Sweat program and the past week was Week 1, however I missed my monday workout due to not feeling well, and yesterday’s workout due to coming home so late. So i wanted to do yesterday’s workout today but i’m feeling guilty as to already messing up and missing workouts as well as not eating clean. So i’m just debating on restarting everything again on Sunday. I’m not sure if anything I said made any sense but i’m just feeling guilty. Any input on how to change this mindset and if I should restart?
