This summer has present my family with a lot of challenges including my back going out about 3 weeks ago. It feels like it has just been one thing after another recently and whenever that happens, exercise and nutrition are the first things to go. I am plugging back in here in an attempt to work up some momentum and motivation. Right now, I know I should (clothes are not fitting as well as they did 1 month ago) but sometimes it's so hard to jump back in when you feel like you have lost ground. I'm sure others have experienced this and can offer some advice/encouragement and direction as to what programs or videos to use to ease back in after injury and generally falling off the wagon.
