Week 1 done #boom

Well Kelli was right this HIIT/cardio workout is not for beginners! I'm not A big fan of doing 4 rounds of the same exercise but I sucked it up and got it done and oh my I had a serious sweat on. If you're looking for a quick sweat I recommend this 17 minute routine, it even includes a warm up. Today it was paired with this quick lower body strength routine just to finish your legs off.

Well that's week 1 of fb30 r3 done so I'm happy, I have a sociable weekend coming up which may or may not include BBQ and alcohol consumption 😋 so I'll be back to sweat it all out on Monday.
