Strength and Cardio

Hi you beautiful people, I've been working out with FB for about a couple years now, and I've grown so fond of this community and all of you beautiful people.

Just something I would like to share and listen to all your responses. I love strength training, and I always choose to do strength training first thing (after a warmup of course), then move on to some HIIT (or other forms of cardio). I realized most of Kelli and Daniel's workout put HIIT first then strength. Just wondering if anyone schedule their workout the same way as I do?
