Having more for lunch but feeling guilty about it

Hi,

So I posted a discussion before how I did't actually want to loose weight because I'm size 8, I just wanted to tone up. I had some really helpful replies saying I need to do make sure I'm eating enough in order to gain muscle and how fruit and veg are key.

So where I was really bad before with lunch - had pot noodles, cheese on toast - I have now started to have cous cous with cucumber, pepper and onion chopped up in it. Im having more of a meal by doing it now instead of having just one little and unhealthy thing.

Trouble is I felt absolutely stuffed after lunch today and then felt guilty that I was eating to much!

Is this healthy or shall I smaller portions rather than a small meal for lunch?
